Drake's EST Breathable wader was an awesome wader and back in the day it was difficult to image a better breathable, duck hunting wader.  That was until Drake Waterfowl introduced their Guardian Elite gear and the new Drake Waterfowl Guardian Elite Uninsulated Breathable Chest Waders.  The new Guardian Elite Uninsulated wader is the best duck hunting gear in years and with Drake's reputation and history as being the foremost innovator and manufacture of duck hunting equipment, it should come as no surprise.   100% waterproof, this new camo wader is the most comfortable wader for early season and, with layering, the coldest January hunt.  Rugged and dependable, well yes and in 2019 Drake will extend the warranty on the Guardian Elite waders from 1 year to 24 months.  Yes Drake will use improved manufacturing techniques like wider seal tape to make the Guardian waders the most dependable wader in the field and cover them with a 2 year warranty against defects.

And, the new Guardian waders are designed and constructed to be better than the EST wader with features like the new Buckshot Mudder Boots with the most comfortable snug fit of any boot hanging from a chest wader.  This boot plows through mud and muck with a sure grip out sole and a firm fit inside with no ankle slip.  All of our customers find the boot, which weighs a remarkable 50% less than the EST wader boots, an amazing asset, but about 25% of those customers are moving up one boot size to allow for the sure fit.  Cold feet?  Not in this wader with the 1600 grams of Thinsulate insulation in the boots. 
 
Other upgrades include an enormous pouch high on the chest that will stow gloves, facemask, snacks and neck gaiter.  And, of course a Magnatach call pouch is included to keep calls organized and handy.  Keep you phone and other valuables dry and secure in the vertical pocket on the chest that has a zip closure and waterproof thoughout.  The external pouch protects the fleece lined handwarmer and captures body heat for maximum warmth.  This wader has reinforced knees for durability and a foam core that cushions with comfort when kneeling.  The flexibility of the Hydro-flex design allows for full range of motion to ease hunt task and improve shooting accuracy.  And or maximum comfort from a wader that fits just right, the Drake Guardian waders are now available in 4 fits rather than the 2 provided with the previous EST wader.
